The following Billing Terms & Conditions APPLY TO ALL Machines & Attachments sold by Cutting Edge Machinery LLC.

Payment Methods
  1. We accept many debit card carriers and other payment methods at checkout.
  2. Checks , Cashier Checks , & Wires MUST CLEAR before pickup or shipping. Please allow 1-7 Business days for processing time.
  3. Orders & Purchases will not be shipped or released until payment is paid for in full and confirmed.
Pricing
  1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. All Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  3. Sales Tax will be applied where it is required by U.S. Law.
Invoice / Confirmation
  1. Confirmation & Invoice is emailed after checkout / purchase.
  2. Cutting Edge Machinery LLC reserves the right to cancel any order of pricing issue, product stocking issue, payment issue happens to occur.
Cancellations & Refunds
  1. Cancelled orders will have restocking fees.
  2. Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
  3. Refunds if applicable will be issued back to the original form of payment.
  4. Non refundable / disputable Customer has change of mind or unwanted items , Failure to verify product compatibility , Misuse or damage caused by customer , Refused shipment or undelivered shipment , and non defective return’s.
  5. Any returns accepted , customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
  6. Refunds are applied once your item(s) have been inspected, allow 10 business days after inspection for payment to be returned to original form of payment.
Disputed Charges

Any disputed charge must be reported to Cutting edge machinery LLC within 3 days.
